This gas cooler was designed specifically for use in explosive areas. It features a high performance compressor cooling system which ensures an extremely stable gas output dew point, even in ambient temperatures up to +45 °C / 113 °F.
The cooling block can accommodate two high efficiency heat exchangers, available in stainless steel, Duran glass or PVDF, with one or two gas paths. Fully equipped the cooler can therefore supply four separate gas paths. Heat dissipates through a large convector, the electronic controller is moulded and located in a separate housing. A programmable display shows the temperature of the cooling block. A blinking display indicating excess and low temperature and a fail-safe control relay output. These status outputs mark an adjustable range around the output dew point. Automatic condensate drains can be installed inside the device to drain condensate.
