Adaptation to suit the application
In addition to the cooling system, the heat exchanger used determines the performance of a sample gas cooler. The design of the heat exchanger is just as important as its material properties. Usually already freed from particulate contamination at the sampling point, the sample gases still contain a bundle of components when they enter the heat exchanger of the sample gas cooler, and are moist, corrosive and often toxic. Nevertheless, an accurate measurement result is expected from the analysis system. Heat exchangers must therefore perform a balancing act: effectively and gently remove the moisture and, as far as possible, not change the gas components. For this reason, there can be no one-size-fits-all solution for this task. That's why our heat exchangers are plug-in and allow for flexible and application-oriented equipping of our sample gas coolers via design and material.
