The BCI 24-Dx-4 monitors the differential pressure in line filters and corresponds in principle to a microprocessor-controlled pressure sensor with a moving piston. All versions of the BCI 24-Dx-4 have an IO-Link switching output and can be combined with an analogue or programmable switching output. Thanks to IO-Link technology, the analogue and programmable switching outputs are freely adjustable. A pre-warning, for example at 70 % instead of the standard 75 % filter contamination, is easily possible.

As an inexpensive alternative to the BCI 24-Dx product series (stainless steel), this product variant enables continuous monitoring of the filter capacity with maximum flexibility and user-friendliness via freely adjustable switching outputs and IO-Link technology.
